Working in regulated industries means the process is the product. We set up requirements traceability, design history and V&V from the first sprint, so an audit is a review of work already done rather than a scramble. Maciej has built quality management systems inside organisations and carries a strong software verification and validation background from Woodward and Prolucid.

That combination matters for high-speed data acquisition and test systems, where the hardware layer and the application layer have to be designed together rather than integrated at the end.
